Curriculum Vitae

Timothy Allen Budd, Esq.

Before opening his mediation practice, Timothy Budd successfully resolved over two hundred million dollars in residential construction defect claims and commercial construction claims in Arizona, Nevada and California.  His diverse client base included property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and product manufacturers.   This experience provided invaluable insight into the mechanics of resolving claims with the principals of homeowners associations, developers, trades, corporations, insurers, lenders, risk managers, government officials, coverage lawyers, and corporate counsel.

Mr. Budd's practice has afforded him exposure to a wide variety of cases, including litigation arising from structural claims in high-rise commercial structures, allegations of mold contamination in government buildings, and class actions for construction defects in single family home projects.   Underlying this background is Mr. Budd's working knowledge of complex insurance issues, and his willingness to bring creative solutions to the table, so that disputes can be resolved.

Mr. Budd's 15 year legal practice is bolstered by the successful completion of a comprehensive mediation training program offered by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University School of Law, which is consistently rated as one of the top alternative dispute resolution schools in the country.  His unique blend of experience and training makes him a premier neutral for sophisticated advocates seeking resolution of their client's disputes.
